Raspberry Gin Doughnuts

Limoncello & Soda

Simply add chilled Limoncello & Soda to a tall glass, sit back, relax!

 

 

 

 

Espresso Martini

  • Martini Glass
  • 35ml Avva Scottish Gin
  • 30ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 15ml Cofaidh Cold Brew Liqueur
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Cubed ice

Chill your freshly brewed coffee. Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass, garnish with coffee beans!

Raspberry, Lime & Basil smash

  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tblsp fresh basil leaves cut into thin ribbons
  • Berry Good Raspberry Gin
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 tblsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup of crushed ice
  • Lime slices & whole fresh basil leaves to garnish
    Muddle raspberries, cut basil and Raspberry Gin Liqueur in the bottom of a glass. Add juice of half a lime and ice. Top with soda water, garnish.

Bramble Cocktail

To make:

  • 60ml of Avva Scottish Gin
  • 30ml freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup 
  • 15ml Berry Good Blackcurrant Gin Liqueur 
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon & Thyme

Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker and shake! Strain into an ice filed glass and trickle over the Berry Good Blackcurrant Gin Liqueur. Garnish with lemon and thyme and enjoy!

You've been asking us how to serve our Blackcurrant Gin Liqueur so here's a perfect serve that's oh so easy!

Pour a measure (or two) over ice and finish with fresh apple juice! So simple, and so good!
